| Since 1st of January 1999 Impex-Łożyska Spółka z o.o. has been set apart from organizational structure of Impexmetal S.A. as a separate company dealing in bearing business.
As from the 8th January, 2007 the company has changed its name to
FŁT Polska Sp. z o. o.
The mission of the company, which is fulfilled by the Board of Directors, is to increase constantly the value of the company. FŁT Polska Sp. z o.o. created the Bearing Group, which consists of foreign companies operating in Europe and in the World in the bearing and bearing parts sector.
